Open Question: Teenage fun! Camping help?

Hey Guys... It's the summer holidays and all and me and a group of friends probably about 15 other people want to camp for a night.
We want it to be free...
Safe... ish (doesn't have to be reeeeally safe, we don't really care)
We are drinking and probably smoking so nowhere were there are cows etc...
Well my question is... Where would you go?
Also what are some other fun things to do when your in your teens?... Everyones at least over 15(:
We're getting bored already...
