Open Question: Can I put up a tent for the night at Delphi's Bridge, Bodmin Moor?

I live in north cornwall and my sister in law fancies camping at Delphis Bridge, Bodmin Moor. A lovely secluded place next to a stream perfect for paddling for the kids etc. Can we camp there for the night/day? Im not sure if its public land or not or what the laws are. Any info would be appreciated :-)
