Just when I thought I had heard it all when it comes to apps, I was surprised again. While researching our updated report on heart-rate monitors, I came across Instant Heart Rate, a $0.99 iPhone app (a free version is available for Android users) that can supposedly determine your heart rate.
I was skeptical... to say the least.
