Open Question: Anyone know of good campsites in the dales or lakes?

well we and a couple of friends from school (were all either 17 or 18) want to go camping in summer, so doing a little research into campsites. we will be camping so tent pitch would be helpful, not looking for a big commercial place somewhere more private, that allows either fires or BBQ, allows music (nothing loud just taking an acoustic guitar) and allows people of our age. oh and it has to be easily accessible by train.
